Since they did such a good job on the showers, we also had them do some work on our stone tiles in the entry way and in our kitchen area. They definitely cleaned this up and significantly improved how this older tile looks. We swift and steam clean the tiles a few times a year, but their work made a really big difference in the appearance. We walk in these areas quite often during the day, so we really appreciate the improvement. If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

They are super friendly, punctual, reliable and work really hard. I have now hired them twice, once for two different houses. The first project involved stripping and polishing an old, beat-up linoleum floor in a basement. It was a large floor and had never been thoroughly cleaned in over 30 years. To my amazement, the floor looked really good when Andre and Pamela were done. They far exceeded my expectations given the age of the floor. I was so impressed with the first project, that I hired them a few weeks later to clean a ceramic tile floor with really dirty grout. Once again, they did a fantastic job.
