In my experience, they have supported construction fraud practices that repeatedly damaged our property, including flooding my deck every year for money. They were sent videos of the crimes for the last 10 years but ignored them. They even were involved in ripping apart our brand new deck and new slider without reason costing home owners. I genuinely don't understand how Jeffrey, AJ, and Cooper sleep at night. I shared with them a judgement that I had that was about 15 months old for over $9500.00. They spent time on research and had found the debtors address, accounts, and had actually spoken with the debtor. Atty. Sean King then called me to procure funds of $2631.00 insuring me that they were ready to sequester the debtors funds, and I should be able to collect the full amount of my judgment within 60-90 days, unless the courts set a slightly later date due to backlog (understandable). Since that inception, 3 months passed with good communication and reassurance that" we are just waiting for the State of Hawaii to approve the domestication of my judgment, just be patient." After 120 days, I could no longer get in touch with Sean King, only being told by the induvidual answering the call that Sean would receive the message. I have had no communication from this organization as of May 2013, and I have tried all lines of communication available. As of June 17,2013, ...........and to this day Aug. 22,2013, The Clerk of Court in Hilo, Hawaii has not received a request for a domestication of judgment from Asset Recovery Services. Maybe you have figured out by now that I am quite pissed to be taken, first for the money rightfully owed to me, and proven in a court of law (for over the course of 1 year +), then to be taken for another $2631.00 by this group of attorneys! Just goes to show you that Fox Mulder had it right....."Trust No One!" At this time , I am in the process of contacting The State Attorney General, The Better Business Bureau, and the State Bar Association on this matter, and I will post the results as they come in.
