So we have been looking for a dental service that does dental and dentures. It's not an easy search. The dentist that I researched had bad reviews or too few reviews to be reliable. The dentist I found that had good reviews didn't accept our insurance. Things got desperate when my wife broke her dentures. We happened to be in Owasso when this happened. The first place I came across was Aspen Dental. We stopped and walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We explained The situation with the broken dentures. She took them to the lab tech. Who said they can be repaired that same day. The sad part of this story is they do not accept our insurance. I left the dentures for repairs and left to wait for Aspen to call Informing me that the dentures were ready. I expected them to take a couple of hours to make the repairs. However I got the call in about thirty minutes. The denture repairs were great. I can't say anything about their dental work. All I can say is our experience with dentures repairs without an appointment was five star.

I am someone who communicates clearly and thoroughly, and despite making my expectations very clear, this was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience. I came in for cosmetic dentistry to repair a chipped tooth. I was explicitly assured by the doctors, staff, and sales team that the repair would be an exact cosmetic match and that my issue would be fixed precisely as promised. Based on those assurances, I prepaid $4,100 for future treatment, in addition to using my insurance. I was rushed into X-rays even though I was there for a different reason and was told, "We do this with everyone," despite my concerns. I questioned everything upfront and was repeatedly told that there was a money-back guarantee on everything. That turned out to be completely false. The repair itself was far below acceptable standards and absolutely not up to par cosmetically. I then requested to pay only for the repair performed and receive a refund for the prepaid future services. That request has gone completely ignored. It has now been over a month with no resolution. I have made multiple calls to the office and even contacted the regional manager -- no response whatsoever. As someone dealing with serious health issues, this added stress and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you advertise a guarantee, you should honor it. I know there is a chance he is on vacation and I would be okay with that if someone simply confirmed it since everyone is actually entitled time off especially to ski. Clearly I am no longer interested in working with Lauren since this is way above her pay grade and competence since it all originated with her lack of knowledge.
