I arrived at 3:51pm and got in the office at 3:52pm with no one attending the front. Finally, I was serviced and filled out the form applications & 10 min later told that the physician couldn't see me any more. Waste of time and gas driving 35 min to the location.

Dr. Hicks treated my father and we went through a couple of prescription changes until he found what worked best for my father. Dr. Hicks did not stop until my father's blood work came back "normal", which was by January 2017. I feel that Dr. Hicks took the time and listened to us, especially since I was my father's translator. Dr. Hicks is very old school, he doesn't have a nurse who assess you and does the initial interview, rather he does it all himself. It's an office of a very small staff, they're a little outdated, but I'm there to see the doctor, not the office. 10 stars for Dr. Hicks!!

The 'my chart' app that they have gives me an easy and efficient way to communicate with the Dr's for any general questions I may have. I appreciate the Drs from the bottom of my heart, not only do they give me a peace of mind you always have an answer for me and I truly appreciate the extra mile they go for me both inside and outside the office to make sure I am taken care of. There are not many people like them that care about the job to the upmost and I want them to know their efforts don not go unnoticed and I will forever be appreciative. In particular Dr Hayden, Patel, & Ramshur are who I have dealt with directly and the clinical staff is always amazing. I am terrible with names but the receptionist is always positive and upbeat and remembers me along with the nurses. Especially the young man with the dreads , he is always a pleasant person while caring to me. They didn't at all seem to have their act together and were all about presenting themselves as kind and caring, but when things were not working out, when we caught them screwing up, they started getting ugly and showing their true colors. They should have refunded the FOR-NOTHING extra hundreds we paid for a different/better level of service. Amazing how they got ugly - showed their true colors - when we canned them. For the first time after a telemed appointment I was notified that I would be receiving a $40 late payment fee since I didn't pay for my appointment immediately after I saw the provider. I asked if I missed a notice since I'm very active in my account and tech savvy. They said no they don't have the ability to post the charge same day to your account so unless you call back the practice or answer whenever they randomly call you'll be charged a late fee. This is a poorly designed system that seems intent on charging patients late fees. They only are available during business hours. Obviously if I could make it in during business hours I would have paid in person as I have for the years I've gone. Many people don't answer random calls or give out financial information over the phone. In the year of 2025 they need an online payment mechanism easily available and not charge unsuspecting patients for a system they don't even have in place.

She takes the time to get to know her patients and is always there when you have a question you need answered. I was referred to this practice by a friend and have since referred several of my other friends. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating - they make sure office visits work with my schedule. The entire practice genuinely cares about their patients. I would never go anywhere else.
