She booked me right away and my appointment was within five hours of hanging up. Fantastic service. What a miracle. I called a different dentist in the same area just before ESD; and of course, encountered a rushed, unpleasant, rude receptionist who just needs a new job. Facility clean, dentist ran on time. Work needed got done efficiently. Comfortable, clean, loved my new patient gift too. A nice touch. They stand out so yes, this practice deserves five solid stars! Come here you will be happy. I had a dentist when I live in Wheaton that was less than a mile away, and she was good, and it's a hassle finding a new dentist. I moved to Russett in 2020, and I kept going all the way back to Wheaton for my dentist through 2023. My girlfriend recommended her dentist Colesville Dentistry, and she was right! I first arrived here in May 2024, then November 2024, & most recently May 2025. Wow, this dentist is top notch, blows the Wheaton dentist I had out of the water. The staff is friendly, efficiently gets you in. Dr. Chai, other dentists, & technicians have been friendly doing a great job with the cleanings as well as advise on better dental habits. Also, this is a state of the art dental office. When you are lying on the dental chair, there is a TV screen above you with high definition nature scenes which is peaceful when the dentist isn't exactly the most pleasant experience even with Colesville Dentistry being the best case scenario goes as far as the dentist goes. They have great technology with computer modeling of my teeth & more, which the prior dentist I had fell short. Although it's still not super close to my home, still easier than going to Wheaton and worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Colesville Dentistry.

Dr. Todd could have just glued the crown back on but took the time to do x-rays and saw that there was decay underneath it that I'll need to take care of. The temporary fix will get me back home with a glued on crown so I can take care of it with my regular dentist. 5 stars for Dr Todd and her staff!

I had a lot of questions about what I was seeing in the X-rays and the answers weren't satisfactory; he was pushy and against my better judgement I let him drill the one (I had never previously had a cavity). This caused a lot of anxiety and hadn't been to the back to the dentist since until today. As for the 5-6 others, it has been 8yrs, I finally just went back. I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now. The filling he did was fine, just understand the doc is probably going to drill unnecessarily
