They both said that there are some places with a potential for a cavity but why do a filing unless there is one! I got to say I felt super gypped by them. They knew I didn't have insurance and still pushed for such aggressive dental work. Also, their rate was almost double the other dentists. I will say that they seem to be very nice and caring. We had high hopes for this dental practice, especially since we had almost a six month. Wait to get…read morein, but our experience was frustrating and disappointing. I scheduled back-to-back appointments for my husband and I, fully transparent about the fact that we would have our toddler with us. Was told that would not be an issue! My appointment was for 8 o'clock and my husband's appointment was set for 8:30. They came out to get him at 9. When my husband expressed concern about bringing our toddler back, without my appointment being done, he was told it would be fine. However, still feeling uncomfortable, he chose to reschedule--and was initially told that was acceptable. When I came out my appointment at 9:15, and didn't see my husband in the waiting room I inquired where he was? The receptionist told me that he had left because he did not want to bring the toddler back with him and that he can reschedule. When I inquired about whether or not he could pop back up now, since it was only 915, I was told no that his appointment was slated to end at 9:30 (even though he had just left the waiting area less than 15 minutes previously). The receptionist offered an appointment for Tuesday, and I said I could not accept it without conferring with him. When I got to the car and he said it would be OK, I called up to the desk and set the appointment. No issues. What we didn't expect was to have the new appointment canceled minutes after via text with the explanation that "Dr. Eric was unhappy that we lost an hour appointment on our schedule this morning" and that they needed to accommodate other patients on their waiting list instead. I did call and speak with the office manager, who basically informed me that I did not schedule back to back appointments instead, I scheduled staggered appointments which is different. She told me that Dr. Eric heard my husband say he was going to reschedule and heard the whole conversation and it was his call to make. As I explained to the office manager, when I spoke to the doctor at the end of my appointment, he made no mention he wasn't going to see my husband. I know it's a moot point because we won't be continuing with them anyway due to moving, but still--their response felt unnecessarily punitive. While we understand the importance of keeping a full schedule, patient comfort and flexibility should also be prioritized. Had we been informed upfront that rescheduling could result in cancellation, we would have made a more informed decision. Instead, we were left feeling dismissed rather than valued as patients. Professionalism and understanding go a long way in healthcare. Sadly, this experience left us questioning whether patient care is truly the priority here.

I had a good experience at the Dentist a few weeks ago. While I was very nervous about having a…read moreroot canal, Dr. Do the attending dentist, was very amicable and kind. He allayed my concerns by informing me that he would administer sufficient numbing of the area. He did and he massaged the area as well. He frequently asked if I was alright and assured me during the process. Surprisingly, I felt no pain or discomfort. I was so calm and relieved during the process. On my follow-up visit, Yessi did a phenomenal job! She removed my temporary crown seamlessly with swift action. She was relentless in assuring that the crown fit correctly allowing for flossing clearance. I loved how she worked. This young lady was quite proficient and professional and did it in record time! My experience was terrific. I highly recommend this practice. The office staff is also very welcoming and attentive. I am very pleased with this practice.

When I arrived, I was told they either wouldn't use it or "most likely" wouldn't be able to. That kind of last-minute change is not a small detail--it completely changes the experience for patients who rely on it. What concerned me more was the push toward procedures that didn't seem necessary. I was referred to an oral surgeon to remove a peg tooth that does not need to be removed, even after I clearly said I wasn't interested. It was still put on the referral anyway. I was also told I needed multiple crowns, but another dentist later confirmed those were not necessary. There were additional treatments presented in a way that made them seem required, which didn't sit right with me. Another issue was transparency. I was not walked through my x-rays or shown where any of these supposed problems were. Patients should absolutely insist on seeing and understanding their imaging before agreeing to treatment. There were also inconsistencies with insurance information. I was told my insurance wouldn't cover panoramic x-rays, but another dentist had no issue getting them covered. After my visit, I noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews, which unfortunately aligns with what I experienced. Between the inconsistent communication and questionable treatment recommendations, I left feeling very uneasy. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to get a second opinion before moving forward.
