We are really grateful for James and his ability to just come and haul a bunch of junk away for us (twice in 2 weeks). We had a lot of stuff, and desperately needed to pare it down before we moved. This is "no-frills" junk removal at it's finest. James is courteous, timely, accessible, and gets the job done. Can't ask for much more than that. Next time we move, hopefully we won't have as much "junk". He took a LOT of stuff off our hands (imagine a 2-car garage probably 20% full from top to bottom?) for about $600 (2 separate trips). I read the reviews of James Junk Removal and decided to call him for a quote (as well as one other well reviewed local Hauling service). I left James a voicemail on a Monday morning. He called me back w/in 15minutes, and made time that afternoon to come to my house to take a look at what I wanted hauled away and provide me with a quote. His quote was HALF the price of the other person I called (who also came out to see what I needed removed). I called James the next day and asked to get on his crew's schedule, he booked me for two days later.... it ended up raining that day, so he came the next day. His crew showed up 1/2 hour earlier than scheduled (with advance notice via text), they hauled everything away in less than 40minutes AND Took a few more things than I had originally asked. They left my side yard (where all our debris was) SPOTLESS... VERY IMPRESSED. They shoveled everything away and even swept up the dust and dirt left... My neighbor asked if they had extra room in their trailer for a few items she had, and they made the time right then and there to pick up her stuff too. James and his crew are outstanding. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone! Reliable, On time (if not early), quick moving and very tidy! Super impressed. On the basis of this job I hired him a second time for a toolshed demolition and removal on 2/17. He brought a trailer-truck that accommodated a greater payload.
