They are also very honest when saying something cannot be done, even if it would have been more expensive. We tell here the doors were wide open. She says it's not open. We applolgize and offer to go, she says no - go ahead and look around, we couldn't have known it was closed. Another, older woman then comes up and tells us it's closed. We appologize and mention the first woman, but offer to leave. She locked us out onto the street so we had to go around the entire complex to be able to get to our car. Won't be visiting again or donating, no wonder they can't get real exhibits. Don't waste your time.

We ordered our chairs by phone from Deutsch Furniture Gallery during Covid 19. The whole process was made easy and we are VERY SATISFIED with the experience! We received our chairs that matched our table beautifully! They are very comfortable and very well made, should last us forever! The delivery process was exceptional!! We would not hesitate to to purchase from here again! P.S. When we ordered the chairs we thought we would need some cushions for the chairs. After using them for a few months we don't think we need them. These chairs are so comfortable with the curved backs and the contoured seats we don't need them!

My complaint is that on the Cascade…read morefull size bed frame, there is 4 inches of empty space at both the head and the foot of the bed frame. Also, the photos of the beds in your catalog are shown with deep mattresses and lots of bedding and pillows plopped against the headboard. What is not shown is this: When the extra plumped up pillows are removed, there is a large open space below the headboard and the mattress where a pillow easily slides out and onto the floor.
