Both of which were excellent. They are not a 'cream' pie as is typical. I think they use ricotta cheese or something like it. It's really good. The fruit pies we got were blueberry and blueberry peach. Both of which were fantastic. Those are -real- peaches there. Not canned. Also, we got the Butter Chicken for dinner and that was awesome. A fragrant recipe, a little light on the tomatoes. Really yummy and probably one of the best dinners for our trip home. Very friendly folks running the place. They offer an assortment of pies, including a Chicken Tikka Pie, which immediately caught my attention. As someone familiar with the restaurant business, I loved seeing chicken tikka enjoyed in such a creative way--not just with garlic naan, but baked into a pie as well. Beyond the pies, the store features an excellent selection of locally made products, including dry fruits, honey, chips, nuts, candies, oils, and Indian food. I picked up some roasted salted jumbo corn and coconut candy, while we also discovered pistachios, garlic-flavored snacks, apple candy, tomato chips, and several other interesting treats. My wife particularly enjoyed browsing the variety of oils and ended up taking a few home. Adding to the experience, the people working there were very friendly and welcoming, and the convenient hours made the stop even easier. I also appreciate how strongly they support local and locally grown products. It's the kind of place where you go in for one item and leave with a bag full of goodies! I'll definitely stop by again whenever I'm passing through the area. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys discovering unique local foods and snacks.

I have significant dietary considerations, and plums fit right into my plan, for a few reasons. So I stopped and bought a bag of plums... $6. I tried to tip a buck (I only had $7 cash on me so "here... for the tip jar"). Nope! "Thank you, but put it in your tank". The two young ladies that helped me were delightful, and told me about their property and how it's been in the family since it was built in 1911. I love history! Such a beautiful property. But the plums!!! Oh man... so amazing, sweet and perfectly ripe. I was so lucky to just happen-by this gem on the last day of their plum-sales season. I can't wait to see what their next harvest is. Since the ownership change, much of the produce has appeared old, expired, or simply not fresh. I purchased produce that was 12 days past its expiration date and already gone bad. When I attempted to return it, the store refused to honor the return without a paper receipt, despite my providing proof of purchase through my credit card statement. To make matters worse, the staff was rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the interaction. Good customer service starts with standing behind the products you sell and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, my experience reflected neither. Don't bring your business here.

Not fancy or touristy, just a small shack. DO NOT BE FOOLED. The offerings here are uber fresh and inexpensive. Just produce. No wines or little keychains. Occasionally they will have jam/jelly, but even these are not fancy. I have absolutely enjoyed everything I have ever purchased here. Sometimes I buy some veggie that looks good and then go home to find how to prepare it. FUN!! I am always excited to see what I will find there.
