In addition, the quote included lumber supplies and repairs that they claimed were not needed so the job was finished in under 3 hours when we'd expected it would take a full day. The salesman refused to reduce my bill accordingly. So I ended up paying quite a bit more than I should have. Not cool.

We had a new roof installed less than two years ago. Throughout most of the process, we worked with…read moreBryce and Melissa, who were both excellent--professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, if it weren't for Bryce, we likely would not have chosen this company at all. Unfortunately, our experience with Don, the manager, was the complete opposite. He visited our home a couple of times and was consistently rude, dismissive, and came across as a know-it-all. Had we been required to deal with him more during the initial process, we would have chosen a different company without hesitation. After the roof was installed, we were satisfied at the time and even went on to recommend the company to several friends and neighbors, many of whom also had their roofs done by them. Regrettably, we now feel that recommendation was a mistake. Once the installation was complete, any sense of customer service or support disappeared. Recently, we had a 4-point and mitigation inspection done for our insurance company. The inspector identified two very minor issues: a nail slightly protruding through a shingle and a small exposed piece of felt. He indicated these were insignificant and should be covered under warranty given the roof's age. When I contacted the roofing company, Dan returned my call. He was once again rude and claimed he had spoken with my inspector, who supposedly said there was no exposed felt. I have pictures to prove everything. Despite this, Dan offered only to provide a quote for repairs and stated that our warranty was no longer valid because "other people touched the roof." I was shocked by both his tone and the lack of professionalism. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone higher up, he refused to provide any contact information and said he only reports to the owners and said someone would call me instead--which I highly doubt will happen. Don should be fired! At this point, I will likely hire another company to fix these issues. It could have been a great customer service opportunity, they could have sent someone, repair this in 15 min and had a happy client. It is extremely disappointing to have gone from recommending this company to now warning others about the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Once they get your money, you are done!

I saw the ads from this company on Facebook and decided to get a quote from them. Went online and…read moreprovided them with my street address. It came back with an aerial photograph of my roof and a quote of $13,031.33. I got an email soon after telling me that they would be sending me an roofing inspector to take a look at my roof and see how everything looks. He was to "do a full roof inspection". I was expecting a roofing contractor in a truck with ladders at the appointed time. Instead, I was visited by a very nice young sales lady who showed up in a sedan and gave me several quotes. The lowest quote for shingles was $21,531.75. That is $8599.42 over and above the online quote that they gave me less than a week ago. I have heard of inflation. But this is ridiculous. I asked the young lady if she needed to get up on the roof to inspect it and she said there was no need. They have ALL the information they needed. The SAME aerial photograph was used in BOTH quotes. When I questioned the young lady about the vast discrepancy in the quotes, she called the owner of the roofing company and the answer was that the online quote did not account for the fact that my roof was pitched and not flat. But the $21,531.75 quote was based on the exact same aerial photograph that they used to get me the $13,031.33. They KNEW my roof was not flat without anyone getting on the roof.
