This is the third time I have taken test and they never called me back to read results. Risky stuff there. dont know about cosmetic services , I cant comment. I will say, Test results are very important or you wouldn't take the test, Mine were bad and needed surgery and the office never called or filed with the Dr. Too casual . I had the surgery through a different Dr. and this office didnt have a clue that I had the surgery 2 months ago now. I am finding a new Dr. as we speak. it doesn't seem right that you pay concierge price and get low standard service. The staff makes or breaks Dr. and Patient relationships.

I can't stress enough how pleased we are with Dr. Harouni's medical expertise,level-headed decision-making and genuine concern for our well being. During a scheduled visit I mentioned to Dr, Harouni that I'd noticed one arm was bigger than the other. She told me to make an appointment for a scan. I called Steinberg Diagnostics and got their soonest appointment, a week away.. I'm still incredulous that Dr. Harouni called me (not her staff) the day after my consult to make sure I had scheduled the scan. When she found out it was a week away, she made sure I was seen that very day. Her medical expertise and gut instinct probably saved my life. I had blood clots in both arms and neck. If that extra follow-up did not wow you sufficiently, here is another example. I am diabetic and significantly overweight. Ozempic and Mounjaro are both drugs used to manage diabetes. The added bonus is that they control appetite. Non diabetics are now using those meds to lose weight and consequently, demand exceeds supply. When I emailed Dr. Harouni and shared my plight, she immediately tasked her staff to call drugstores and drug reps to help me find my medication. In less than an hour I had a filled prescription waiting to be picked up. Her dedication and determination to take care of her patients is extraordinary. I've shared these personal examples because there is no way to have a reader, grasp her dedication. I had been with another concierge practice for the past 4 years. That practice, ran like clockwork and the doctor was competent but inaccessible. A friend, who is a retired physician suggested I meet his internist, Dr. Harouni. If you are looking for a doctor who is accessible (send her an email or call her directly), smart, approachable, caring and extraordinarily competent, than, your search is over. They talk a big game during their initial interview with you and talk about all these great treatments they have, but once they sign you up they have nothing new to offer. I was told to "buy an apple watch" to monitor my sleep and "keep a log of when I forget names and things I cannot remember" when I was concerned about my memory. Had prescriptions setup and already in place before them I did not wan changed, and the first thing they did was cancel them and try to go through their "preferred" vendor. I have been going to the same Dr. for 10 years and changed to Parker Medical to try something new, even for the added cost. They were worse than my Dr. before. If you are looking for superior medical care, go somewhere else. Parker Medical is no different than any other office except they charge you the added $300 a month. Office staff was exceptional and was the only positive thing about the entire practice. Stay Away!

We were members of Parker Medical for over 2 years and attracted to the practice with the promises…read moremade of small patient-to-doctor ratios, having a doctor who truly cared, and having a small town doctor relationship . At first, that seemed true. My first year there, I was assigned to a new doctor -- Dr. Tisdale -- who was absolutely incredible. He would remember every detail from each appointment and showed genuine interest in our health. He would reach out to other doctors and review research on my health conditions outside of appointments He truly went above and beyond. He ended up diagnosing two medical conditions that had plagued me for years with problematic symptoms but other doctors could not identify the cause -- not even Mayo clinic! He also found a life-changing treatment through research and collaboration with an out-of-state doctor. Unfortunately, he left the clinic after one year and we were assigned to Dr. Parker. In my first appointment with Dr. Parker, he made numerous comments to belittle the previous doctor (who had worked for him!) while inflating his own level of knowledge. Dr. Parker claimed that he had done extensive research on one my rare conditions (brittle monogenic diabetes) during his residency and that I should stop seeing an endocrinologist and transfer that care to him (I have this in an email too). Unfortunately, I did and regretted it. Only later, it was obvious that he had no idea what he was doing. I had previously suffered a grand mal seizure in a hospital when they administered a common diabetes medication so the hospital advised I never take it again. Dr. Parker kept trying to push this medication on me at EVERY appointment despite knowing this. Later on, I looked at published research and found ZERO research publications under his name. He rarely remembered any details about me from one appointment to the next. When I had a low blood sugar seizure (it had been a long time since ever having one), he said that he thought I had epilepsy because he had epilepsy as a child and the seizure symptoms sounded similar. He told me to stop driving and get a neurologist brain scan to confirm his diagnosis. This would seriously affect my job and my life and he treated it flippantly. He had his staff call me every day pestering me to do it. He said it was impossible to misdiagnose epilepsy, so then I sent him a research article about how common researchers state that it is to misdiagnose epilepsy. I told him that I need better diabetes care so I am not hypoglycemic, not an additional (mis)diagnosis. I refused the brain scan. He wrote back thanking me for putting that in writing so he could protect his medical license. He had no concern about my personal well-being -- only his license -- and he had zero idea of how to treat monogenic diabetes despite claiming he was an expert. I was in a nasty car accident and he told me over the phone that he thought I may have a broken rib and a mild concussion, yet no one ever called to insist I come in for an appointment in-person or to check on me or my husband. But they called me constantly to harass me about a brain scan that I did not want or need. They did not bring on another doctor for nearly a year -- so he was keeping TWICE as many patients as we were promised as far as doctor-to-patient ratios. When he did bring on a new doctor, he never briefed the new doctor on my patient history as promised. The new doctor stated that he had never heard of monogenic diabetes before and did not feel comfortable treating it. Eventually, Dr. Parker contacted the researcher who wrote the article I sent him about epilepsy. That researcher stated that he did NOT think I had epilepsy. Dr. Parker told me that when he eventually apologized to me for harassing me about the brain scan. That was at my last appointment before leaving the practice. I think he could tell that was coming. I went from thrilled to disappointed once the doctor who had empathy and knowledge left. It feels like the clinic is simply a business to Dr. Parker.

As the previous reviewer shared I concur with every word written. Dr. Sinkov and his entire staff are the absolute best I have ever witnessed. Unfortunately, I suffered a back injury while working. I asked to be provided a list of doctors in network to conduct research and make an informed decision. Of the list of eight Dr. Sinkov stood out head and shoulders above the rest. From my research I learned that he had many years of experience and used the latest methods of surgery. To include robotics, GPS guidance and formed individual assessments from his knowledge, not necessarily by providers seen previously. His staff; wife Mariel, Mrs. Reese and Mrs. Julie ALL treated me with the utmost respect care and belief. The kindness, consideration, care, follow through and acting as my advocate was overwhelming to the point that although Dr. Sinkov's Yelp page is "unclaimed" in case someone were to search I want him/her to have this at their disposal if visited. His answers to questions as my Professor taught me are analytical. He leaves no doubt to clarity. He got more in depth in explaining to me, than any other doctor here in Vegas ever had. He's even going to call around to find me water therapy. To bad that my osteoporosis is so bad, that I can't have surgery, because I would totally trust Dr. Sinkov to do it, without hesitation. He's doing active surveillance for several malignant cancerous areas within my Prostate....and I'm making fantastic progress. My Total PSA number recently was 2.5 points lower then when I first started seeing him, and the lowest in 6 years. The best part was when he informed us that he will be seeing my wife and I for every scheduled appointment and, if at all possible, all the emergency visits as well. I personally have several health issues. I'm currently being treated by 2 other doctor's offices. It's very important to have my PCP as a quarterback of sorts to oversee and coordinate all care. My wife had blood test results from a wellness visit organized by our health insurance through Quest Labs. Dr. Duenas took plenty of time to go through each result with us. He seemed to have all the time in the world for us even though I'm certain that was not the case. I could go on and on and on, but I will leave with last point. My wife is Filipino and I chose Dr. Duenas because it showed that he spoke Tagalog. Even though she speaks English just fine, I wanted to be sure that my wife's care didn't suffer from any miscommunication. That worked well.
