Everything about this place is incredible, from the amazing staff to the beautiful ambiance. I felt welcome and cozy immediately upon walking in. Dr. Mall's professionalism and expertise made me feel not only confident, but excited about my decision to get work done for my first time. I went in about a month ago because I had dark circles form under my eyes that come with age and stress. Dr. Mall did Voluma fillers for my tear troughs and under eyes, and the difference is UNBELIEVABLE. I'm so satisfied with the results. I feel confident wearing no makeup and I look younger. I went to Dr Mall after not having any luck with other doctors helping me . I was dismissed as being depressed , menopausal , etc . I went to specialists who dismissed me . He sat with me and we talked for a long time about what I had been going through . He did extensive bloodwork . Full physical . I told him I felt like I was dying and the other doctors were just watching it happen . I've been seeing him for almost a year . He has my thyroid on track , my vitamin levels on point , and I'm feeling human again . I've also lost 20 pounds in the last 4 months . The only injector at this office is Dr.Mall. I went to have routine Botox injected, because they stated that they did not carry any Dysport. And after reading reviews on RealSelf, I thought this would be a trustworthy office. I had about 22 units of Botox injected and ended up with A VERY ASYMMETRICAL BROW RAISE. I called the office a total of six times leaving voicemails when the voicemail indicates that they will contact you back in 24 hours to reschedule an appointment and have my Botox touched up. They never answered or returned my phone calls, and on the day that I was able to get through and schedule an appointment they had no availability, denied receiving any of my phone calls, and stated that there's no injectors in the office to do the procedure I do not recommend this office for injections as the communication is poor, they take no accountability, and the service is subpar. read more

I've been coming to see Dr Mall and his team for a long time. He is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. He really cares about mu well being. I never leave his office feeling rushed or like I have more questions. He always takes his time answering questions and making me feel confident. I "won" a gift certificate from my hair salon to his office. I guess it was a booby prize or a zonk. I had his office do laser hair treatment to my face and they gave me third degree burns on my chin. One of the blisters popped and left a whole in my chin, when I went back and saw him directly and expressed my frustration and concerns he said "oh it happens and what the f@&$? are you going to do about it?"
