So we decided to rent it out for long term rentals. We chose ERA realty. The first few renters worked out well. We then decided to accept an offer to rent to a family for a year. We thought all was good until the end of the rental period allowed us back in our home! Boy were we wrong. ERA was supposed to send maintenance over once a month. If they have done this they would have seen the deplorable condition of our less than 2 year old home, however maintenance was not allowed in the house by the tenants for several months. We ended up having to have furniture and floors cleaned l, walls and doors touched up and a rug replaced. i Would not recommend anyone placing their home in the care of ERA realty.
