We thought all was good until the end of the rental period allowed us back in our home! Boy were we wrong. ERA was supposed to send maintenance over once a month. If they have done this they would have seen the deplorable condition of our less than 2 year old home, however maintenance was not allowed in the house by the tenants for several months. Petty to steal $50 ESPECIALLY from active duty military while they claim to be military friendly. No surprise their average is 1 star. Don't use this company. If you're thinking of renting with them, run the other direction. Absolutely despicable.
