As i prepared for the call i was ready with pen and paper. No phone call was made. Since it was a Friday i waited till Monday to get an update. Non was given so i Called. No answer. got a call later that day from Sylvia who informed me of a time. When i got the call i explained my situation and was told to send some documents for review. i had 20 min left for consult to go over when she received. Again no update. I texted that Wednesday and no response. I asked for a partial refund since i paid 300 for 1 hour and was denied. I basically paid 300 for nothing! and being in a vulnerable spot where i paid for guidance. Don't waist your money!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL !!! or RELIABLE !!!

I should have walked away immediately when she said, "I'm not willing to fight a case that I know you're going to lose." She didn't want to hear any reasoning or background information on why I was presenting certain things. She also told me that I need to go to therapy to learn how to stand up to my ex. I could hardly explain myself and my thoughts fully because this woman was coming at me as if I wasn't the one trying to pay her thousands of dollars. She told me that I was trying to be just as controlling as my son's dad when my only concern was with his safety. I didn't realize that wanting my child to be in a safe environment was controlling. She argued with me about things I had said when she had obviously misunderstood because she would not let me explain anything. In order to cover herself for the terrible service she provided, she had me speak to her receptionist/paralegal? I'm not sure of her exact job title, but she isn't the apparent "highest rated attorney" that I paid to speak to. "To make sure I get my moneys worth" is what she claimed. I should have gotten my $350 back and walked away immediately.
