You have to jump through all kinds of hoops if you were lucky enough to get consult to cancel or reschedule... never had a real chance to see his work in action, because he shut me down before I could even have a consultation. I've only encountered one other law firm in town that was near this bad... the rest do leave a lot to be desired, but seem better than this man. After a month prior scheduling and over $300. just for consultation, and having to explain why I was there at least 3 more times after I had to explain initially when setting up consultation, and for the consultation that I learned nothing in, except that she had a facial that turned her face red, and her daughter was graduating, I figured, this was just a scam. I wrote another review on a different site, and she answered with something like sorry, we treat all our customers like family, well, if this is the way she treats her family....
