When I called his office a rude person said I was not allowed to see Dr. Brown; instead she said I had to go to my primary physician. MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN IS NOT AN ENT SPECIALIST!!! She acted like she owned the practice. BAD MEDICAL ETHICS! If an established patient has a sinus infection, you do not tell the patient to go to a primary physician; and you do not schedule the patient for two months later. I consider this negligence & malpractice.

They wanted to charge me full price just for doing some paperwork. According to them they talked to the Doctor Fletcher Christopher, called me back and told me the total amount would be $200. The same auto pilot answer they had given me before. That is what they charge for the Immigration Medical Examination anyways. They take advantage of the people's need to get this things done. He provides top notch care and really listens to any concerns one might have. With that said I usually interact with the shot room staff more than provider Romero. They seem to have a revolving door when it comes to staff other than the provides. The shot room and front desk staff continually changes. I've given up trying to get to know anyone. It's not super important but makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes. I can say I am satisfied with my therapy and it's made a huge difference in my life. PA ordered a pulmonary breathing test, got it done immediately, rescheduled an allergy skin test and follow-up. Skin test and follow-up, paid my co-pay, did the test and talked to the PA about the results. Now I'm being billed an additional co-pay for both those appointments because of the tests done at each. I have never had that happen before. They billed the office visit and tests in a way to collect two separate co-pays for the same appointment.
