When I called his office a rude person said I was not allowed to see Dr. Brown; instead she said I had to go to my primary physician. MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN IS NOT AN ENT SPECIALIST!!! She acted like she owned the practice. BAD MEDICAL ETHICS! If an established patient has a sinus infection, you do not tell the patient to go to a primary physician; and you do not schedule the patient for two months later. I consider this negligence & malpractice.

They wanted to charge me full price just for doing some paperwork. According to them they talked to the Doctor Fletcher Christopher, called me back and told me the total amount would be $200. The same auto pilot answer they had given me before. That is what they charge for the Immigration Medical Examination anyways. They take advantage of the people's need to get this things done. This is obviously a business to him, talking over the phone with this people was an awful experience. Made me lose my time.

Im married to a medical doctor licensed still with 46 years, and my spouse was very put off by her. She also falsified my medical records to my primary doctor. It only took me 1 follow up visit with this lady, and my spouse said I was never to return to this vile woman again. I concurred. No wonder she closed up office and left the Cape Girardeau area. Patients are far better off without a doctor lime her, and thats my personal experience and opinion of her as a physician.

They rarely answer their phone, it's difficult to make appointments, and most of all the office manager Ashley is incredibly rude. She called me a liar, and gave me a "statement" that was completely wrong, and she won't even let me show her why I think it is wrong. I could say more, but they need to get better management, and pronto. I'm complaining to the New Mexico Consumer Protection Agency. I hope that makes them act right. If not, I will get a lawyer.
