I was assigned a RN named Jasmine who is a wound care specialist. I have had several such nurses in the past but they don't even compare to Jasmine. She is a utterly fantastic nurse. By this I mean that she is truly professional, compassionate, genuinely concerned and caring too. She takes the time to talk to you, educate and offer advice and discuss treatment options. She has done everything possible to protect me from any kind of exposure and cross contamination during her visits with me as she treats my wounds and dresses them. She really loves what she does and it shows. She is the only health care provider that has been able to make significant progress with treating my condition and my wounds are slowly beginning to heal and close to the point now where I am able to stand up and walk short distances with a walker. No body has been able to do that for me! Jasmine has been a God send to me. She takes the time to call me during her time off just to check up on me. When is the last time a provider called you on their on time off just to see if you are ok?? Professional Home Healthcare Services is so lucky to have such a incredible RN and wonderful woman working for them. It's not often that you find a RN provider like Jasmine. Her professionalism, compassion, concern, ability to truly connect with her patients and instill hope in their healing process is remarkable.
