I was a little past my 6 month cleaning, so I took it in stride. I booked another cleaning with her for 12/13/22. I still got a lecture no biggie, I will pay closer attention. However, when it came to flossing, she acted as if she was scrubbing a pot. I've never had a Hygentist stand over me, resting her arm on my forehead and do that! I spoke up and simply said that she was being a little heavy handed, and shifted my head so she had to remove her arm! She got offended and said I can book with someone else next time. Upon leaving, I did book with her because I wasn't trying to be mean nor confrontational. However, when I went out the door, I turned around and changed it to Judy. Everyone seems REALLY NICE, especially Dr Gantz. However, Theresa just needs to be a little more gentle, stop the lecturing (scolding someone like a kid), and just relax. I LOVE going to the dentist. I'm going to give Judy a try, and if it doesn't work out, I'll go back to my old dentist, no problem. If it wasn't for Theresa, I would've given five stars. So give them a try, just don't get Theresa!

After the consultation, my credit card was charged for the full amount of a whirlwind of dental work I was told I needed, almost $10,000. The largest portion was for crowns that totaled over $6000. Dr. Sheehan did not do my crowns. I had them done at a different dentist office. Dr. Sheehan's office took over a year to send my dental records. I got a run around anytime I tried to obtain my billing records. When I did get them, they appeared thrown together, were not clear and I have never received an invoice of any type showing what it was I paid for. Dr. Sheehan was disciplined for similar billing and other negligence in the same year I was there and found guilty by the Assistant Attorney with General Licensing & Regulation Division. Dr. Sheehan was also disciplined by the Board of Dentistry disciplinary division.
