Dr. Anderson painlessly removed my tooth after which time I will have an implant placed at the appropriate time interval. Dr. Anderson, too, was the epitome of both professionalism and genuine kindness. He truly cares for his patients and the staff is a reflection of Dr. Anderson. In fact, the procedure was so painless, I totally forgot to use the ice pack which was provided. Dr. Anderson deserves another star. he is not great...he and his staff are excellent! The only good thing about pain is that with Dr. Anderson there is no pain! Thank you, Dr. Anderson and staff, for being there for me! Ruth Grimaldi Birmingham, Michigan

So when it came time for an extraction, I went into flight mode but avoidance was just causing more pain. Luckily, Dr Anderson had such a calming demeanor, and they offered sedation, that I was okay. After a kind assistant named Kelly, held my hand (don't judge) I drifted off to sleep only to awake to a sore mouth but the infected tooth gone. Now, this is no fairy tale, it hurt after the anesthesia and numbing wore off but the experience was good and I felt like I was in good hands with Dr Anderson and staff. So much so that I went back for an implant!

I live 48 minutes away from them but they were the only place I could get an emergency appointment with that being said, they called me 11 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and informed me that their X-ray machine wasn't working properly.they said "hopefully your not on your way already". I told them I was pulling into their parking lot as we were speaking... I asked if my referring dentist could send them my x-rays.they said yes.when I arrived into the office, I waited 15 minutes for the receptionist for give me my new patient forms after filling the patient forms out,I waited another 15 minutes to be seen by Dr.Mark Dylewski who informed me that there was not anything that could be done for me today.Dr.Dylewski said he couldn't get a good look at the emailed/faxed X-rays that were sent over from my referring dentist..Dr.Dylewski told me that the X-ray machine went down the day before my appointment... so they could've called me the day before my appointment or the morning of to inform and reschedule with me...My Appointment was at 9:30am, they open earlier than that ... I drove 48-50 minutes to get to Bloomfield hills,Great expressions... Dr.Dylewski asked if he could take a look in my mouth so I let him obviously, he poked around then proceeded to bang on my teeth that were in pain with nerve exposures... this was an supposed emergency appointment... I originally went to see Dr. Monfaredzadeh at Great Expression Specialty in Bloomfield Hills, as a…read morereferral from my original dentist due to periodontal disease. At my initial appointment x-rays were taken. It was determined that I have a genetic form of gum disease. My treatment plan was to have osseous and bone grafting surgery. I was given an estimate of $3043.00 after insurance. As my dental insurance was maxed out for the year, I opted to what until the first of 2025 to get the surgery. At that time, they gave me a new estimate of $2884.00 Which I paid with my FSA card. I had the surgery performed on 1/13 and while in surgery the doctor stated that her next appointment was cancelled and that she had time to do another section. Not once did she mention that I would need to pay for the other section prior to her doing the procedure. I then went up to the front desk to check out only to be informed that I would need to pay another $2884.00 to have the next quadrant done. I was stunned as it was never discussed in detail with me that each separate quadrant would be a separate bill. Today 1/28 I received a call from Bonnie at the office who informed me that I had incurred a balance due to the doctor doing 2 extra teeth during my first procedure. And that I could get sent to collections. I told Bonnie that the doctor never discussed with me the extra cost prior to doing the procedure as I would not have consented to having it done. I also told her that no one in her office told me not one time that each procedure would be a separate cost. I barely had enough to pay the $2884 which I though was the TOTAL cost. And then to be told after having 2.5 hour long procedure done that I owe more money is totally unacceptable. These are fraudulent practices as they should have discussed the total cost with me upfront. I could've made a more informed decision about what I wanted to do. Then to be threatened with COLLECTIONS is just horrible, especially since I work hard and I am trying to clean up my credit. This is causing me undue stress and I am already on anxiety medication but this is increasing my anxiety. I am willing to testify if I need to and provide the documentation that I have. But I never once signed anything stating I was willing to pay close to $12,000 out of pocket. I was never once told or given anything that stated that I may be responsible for paying $12,000. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Sincerely, Stephanie Bradley
