He was here at 2:05pm, right after he said he would be here between 2 and 3PM. So right away we are off to a good start. The guy gave me a quote and told me about the work that he will do. I have no idea about the terminology that he was using, But I saw that he definitely knew what he was talking about and he was not worried at all about the work that needed to be done. I had confidence in his confidence so I scheduled them to be here today. They arrived right on time. They assessed the situation and got right to work. We all agreed that the tree was a misfit from the start, it looked like an example of the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. But they did what they do and cleaned and did a very professional job. I now have the best looking tree in my front yard on the whole street. While they were here I asked if they could take a look at a tree in the backyard. This is the nice thing about this being a small business, They are flexible like this. If they were some big corporation they usually have to stick to a very fixed schedule and I would have to go through corporate for another quote but not these guys. Once again they knew they could handle the job and I got it done. There is still other work to be done but I will leave that for another day. I got done what I needed to get done, they did it timely, they were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves very well, And I am very happy that I chose them.
