Minimalist waiting room. Comfortable. Waiting time was about 10 minutes. I was taken to a room…read morewhere technician took my blood pressure. She was very nice. She said my blood pressure was very high and asked if I was okay. I was taken back by her reaction. I told her I don't have high blood pressure. She quoted an outrageously high number for me. Again asked if I was okay. I told her I was fine. She also took my height and she said I was 2 inches shorter than I actually am. Maybe a bad day of accuracy? Dr. Suffian entered the room with a smile, introduced herself and began to ask questions about my health. She checked my glands, looked where I had previously had a rash, and asked about my headaches. She advised that I start a nasal inhaler to calm the inflammation (I also have an autoimmune disorder) and start on Zyrtec at night. She scheduled a follow up with the Nurse Practitioner, Jessica. On that visit, I received the basic allergy testing to see where I landed on the scale. I was surprised at my allergies and the low impact. She said to continue the meds and return in a month. Overall, I think I had a good experience. I'll update after my third appointment.

"CHECK THE ATTITUDE" at the door would be a great poster to hang on each patient's door. We brought our 1 year old upon recommendation from our pediatrician. Very rude, inconsiderate, seems her credentials may come from an online course. No customer relations at all. The whole time she seemed pissed we we're paying her to do the shitty job she provided. Any question we asked her was then deferred to our pediatrician, we asked about specific food related allergies, which she would give one answer on and then again tell us to refer to our pediatrician and contradict herself. We gained no real medical advice after our visit, the whole point was to attain some insight further into our 1 year olds diet since his nutrition is so restricted at this point. After speaking about dairy choices she recommended I give my 1 year old boy soy milk...last time I checked Soy in general is horrible for men due to the high plant estrogen in it. So that's what I asked and she became defensive, then proceeded to tell us we may have altered the test after they pricked him. Following more questioning about dairy products she then told us to consult our pediatrician again... This was an overall waste of time & money, I mean it was like we paid to listen to someone act like they knew what they're doing and spout out some blase blah. No help in any way shape or form. Customer service is lacking immensely. After blaming us for their test not going correctly we figured out this person is incompetent and if paid on performance/ results would not have a job. As well she then denied all of the knowledge granted to us by our pediatrician who referred her in the first place. HAHAHA WOW....Good times, don't go here or suffer the pain and agony of the above description
