The rye bread was buttery and toasted to give it a crispy bite with the tangy sauerkraut snap and a creamy thousand island dressing complimenting the swiss cheese melted over a beef patty that oozed just enough to make the bite juicier than it really was. Kathy herself came out to chat with us for a few minutes in-between orders. She happily regaled us with her start up out of a food truck in 2015 and how she moved into the brick and mortar place when it came available.
