Explains the procedure, goes over options for the procedure and gives me a price quote. Pre-Surgery appointment- One week before to finalize exactly what I want, draw on location and allows staff to also see what they will be working on. Explains details and what to expect during and after procedure. Surgery Day- Takes before photos, and begins FUE procedure, very friendly staff talk to me during the procedure and make sure I am comfortable and create a relaxed environment. Dr. Fallon was very good at ensuring I am in no pain throughout the surgery. Because the surgery went through lunch, Dr. Fallon had me choose a sandwich off a menu for the sandwich place across the street which was excellent. They even put on a movie for me to watch. They allowed my Fiancé to come back and check on me during which was nice. They bandaged me up and sent me home with a nice care package all bagged up. After surgery- Dr. Fallon checked with me that evening to make sure everything was going well and answered any questions I had and again in the morning to ensure I made it through the night okay. I made it to the post-op procedure he took pictures and made sure everything was healing which it was. Bottom line, go to Dr. Fallon if you want a smooth, comfortable experience. For so long I've been avoiding going to gyms or being in hot tubs with friends, afraid of windy days because I've been hiding my hairline since highschool. I finally had enough and scheduled an appointment. He is booked out a little ways because he is truly incredible at what he does. I've been on a hair restoration forum for years and any mention of Dr. Gabel is met with "He's the best on the west side of the country" and "Oh he was trained by (can't remember the name)!" who is apparently a pioneer or something for hair restoration. I don't know all the details but Dr. Gabel is personable, professional, and answers his own emails! I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I'm not sure if it mentions on his website, but I did a NO shave FUE. Which means he didn't have to shave half my head to pull the follicles, which was EXTREMELY important for me as a lady, because I didn't know how on earth I would hide that. My MIL is so impressed, she can't even tell I had anything done! I can't wait to see the full results in a few months!!!

    I worked with Angela Califano for a little over a year. When I moved away, I asked her to do…read moreanother custom hair system for me and send it to me. She overcharged me for this hair system. She had been disorganized, apologized for the overcharge, and offered to refund me the money or put the difference towards another hair system order. When I received the system, the size was completely wrong despite having a custom mold of my head. At her direction, I returned the system. She fired me as a client for being angry with her. I insisted on getting my refund from the overcharge on this order, and she agreed to send it to me. She has since refused to send me the refund for this overcharge. I am not sure why she has refused despite earlier admitting her mistake and agreeing to send it. A few months after sending the messed up custom order back, I received a system from Angela which was supposed to be fixed. I had waited for three months for the mistake to be corrected. When I got the system, I found that the size was still completely wrong. In fact, it was exactly the same as what I had received three months before. At that point, having waited months, and desperately needing a new system, I asked my new salon to make the necessary (and expensive) alterations to make the system work for me. I asked Angela to try and make it right. I had ordered a system from her, been overcharged, not received a refund for the overcharge, received something different from what she promised, sent the system back and trusted her to correct the mistake, waited for months, received the same system. She refused to help me further, saying that I should have returned the system a second time. She said that she couldn't trust me to tell the truth about the size of the mold being an error. She refused to admit she had made a mistake. She refused to pay for the cost of the salon alterations, to return my overcharge refund, or to get me a new system for free. She has stopped responding to me and has been uncooperative in helping me further.

The system was so small I had two inches of baldness around my head. If the wind stirred or if I tried to put my glasses on the baldness showed. The next system with a new stylist was cut 1/2 inch shorter than my own hair in the back. No way to cover that up. Third system was so large I couldn't put my glasses on nor bend my head back. I got the local salon to say my contract was canceled and that I didn't owe any more money. But I still owe about $3,000 and I have been told that I have to go through their corporate to get it settled. I can't get them to respond. Stay away ! Get a wig.

    For about two years, my husband and I have used Hair Club in Tigard. Within the past few months…read morethings have started going downhill. Cheap hair systems that don't stay attached. Hair systems that are the wrong color. Difficult scheduling appointments and/or appointments cancelled at the last minute. That last part is what really has me very unhappy. These people can't seem to schedule us for our monthly service of which we pay good money. Really, two well paying customers who quite often gets our appointments cancelled. WE SPEND $1000.00 A MONTH AT THIS BUSINESS. The other day I spoke with the manager. I called him and he told me that he wanted to help. After talking for a couple of minutes, he told me he needed to reboot a computer and that he would call me back once the computer was back up and running. Guess what? He never called back. I called again. Maritza, the front desk manager, was very apologetic. I told her about how the manager blew me off. Something makes me think that's not the first time she's heard that from a customer. I've noticed that there seems to be some poor morale at this place. My stylist, Anna, is great, but she seems burnt out. So does Maritza. The whole vibe of the place has been "off" for awhile. What's happening is that there's probably a chintzy franchise owner who pays these people terribly, all while complaining that "no one wants to work anymore!" They can't keep stylists. I've seen so many stylists come and go in the past two years. This place feels like a sinking ship and they're about to lose two very well paying customers. I feel sorry for the employees. They deserve so much better. If you're thinking of using this service, please do some research. There are companies online that sell quality and customized hair pieces and there are local stylists who will work with men's hair pieces. That's what we're going to do. For quite sometime now, I just feel that the unsatisfactory level of service they've provided is far, far from commensurate with the amount of money we've spent.
