I come in frizzy and dry due to my hair being naturally curly but I always leave with it silky smooth that lasts for weeks. It's interesting to see all the art work they put on the walls for sale and the ambiance is super chic! It's busy most of the time, but they do a great job of keeping things professional and not rushing their work. I will always recommend Catherine, even if I live too far away to come back to her.

I like to keep my hair long as possible and just get off the straggly ends. She did exactly that and revived some layers to help the natural curl come in. The salon is beautiful and clean. I naturally have natural blonde roots and grays, both I love and wished my previous stylist embraced that versus always telling I HAD to dye it to cover it all up. :( I kept asking for a base bump but it never happened. I found Cristy on instagram & fell in love with her work (CristyJeanHair - check out her awesome gallery there). When I met Cristy for a consultation I told her my situation and how I am tired of dying my base. She totally agreed with me and knew exactly how to remedy the situation. She looked at my eye color and my skin tone and decided on exactly what blonde tones would be best for me. I should mention I had 4 months of growth at this point. So my natural roots were ALL out, baby! haha! I had a mess in the back as well with a hard copper band and only partial highlights. Ugh! It wasn't pretty. But Cristy cleaned all that up as well. I was so impressed with Cristy's professional knowledge. She is incredibly talented and yet incredibly humble and modest at the same time. She listens so well which is such an important trait to possess in a stylist. Even for my haircut I just told her I wanted a cleaning up dustying and NO razor. I like traditional layered cut since I have curly hair and that's exactly what she delivered. Yay! Cristy also told me she always booking more classes to further her education and continually hone her already mad skills. Love that!! First, she is very personable; no attitude, just friendly and positive. Then she gave me a great cut. I'm so pleased with it...I took photos a couple of weeks after my cut so you can see it still looks great. I don't need to fuss or style it...I blow dry it and it just magically looks great!

Bought a Groupon for 3 basic facials w/paraffin hand treatment for $99. Just completed the 3rd one…read more Esthetician was Karlene. I upgrade each time to the light therapy facial which is an hr & half for $20 more & you can add extraction for $5. Most of the time is spent just under the light. At one point, during the 1st facial, I thought maybe she forgot about me. I like that she offers the paraffin treatment for your hands and can turn the bed massager on if you want it. The massager just vibrated & when she went to put my hands back under the blanket, after the paraffin removal, it was thrown not gently placed. The heat pads on my tummy & around my neck were nice touches. She has a lot of knowledge about products which is nice but when I get facials I'm one of those people who like complete silence. I mentioned that I'd let her do her stuff & just fall asleep a couple of times & she did eventually get it. I get weekly facials & massages so I compare the experiences to different salons/spas. My 3 star rating just means the treatment was good but not exceptional & needs improvement. Most facials do offer paraffin for hands, extraction, aromatherapy, massage for face, neck & shoulders (some even offer massage for feet) while the mask is setting. So esthetician never leaves the room. Average cost is $50-$60. Her treatments (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, light therapy etc) are priced high but she does offer pre-paid packages that make them less.

After the facial, my skin felt so light weight and soft. I had a couple people comment on how nice it looked! She also does optional extractions for your facial, which I of course wanted.
