Unprofessional and rude!!! They turned my car off via satelite because of a mistake on their part…read moreand tried to make me feel like it was my fault. They claimed my insurance lapsed and it didn't so I accumulated fees for towing and a mechanic trying to figure out what was wrong with me car and they won't reimburse me. I reported them to the BBB as well. To make it worse, they turned my car off on 7/22 at 10:30am and a few hours later they received my insurance info from my provider and never turned it back on until I called them 2 days later. I plan on refinancing with someone else!
