As other reviewers mentioned, I experienced serious communication issues. My first red flag was requiring payment BEFORE the message started which seemed very odd. There was no relaxing ambient music, instead someone was watching their phone nearby with the volume at a high level and a distorted laugh track blasting. Needless to say it lacked a relaxing environment. Finally, the massage therapist seemed to be unsatisfied with my 20%+ cash tip and insisted more from me. I am also giving 1 star because we paid 16% for tip (20$ on 120$ for two 60 min) and they demanded more gratuity and said, "next time" we had "to pay more," and demanded 40$ minimum in gratuity. For this reason I won't return here. Apparently if you give less than 33% tip they're unhappy.
