I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.

There was no relaxing ambient music, instead someone was watching their phone nearby with the volume at a high level and a distorted laugh track blasting. Needless to say it lacked a relaxing environment. Finally, the massage therapist seemed to be unsatisfied with my 20%+ cash tip and insisted more from me.
