I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.

I think that there was no red light therapy in the salt room. And they're charging you for things you aren't getting that they don't even have available in the salt room. I really don't think they will be around long. The whole experience was terrible, from not being able to relax due to the loud people outside the door, to the things I paid for but didn't get, to the fact that she outride lied to my face about there being red light there in that room. I do know they have red light therapy elsewhere, but it honestly came down to feeling like she was Nick and diamond and trying to get money for things.
