I have a red light at home. You can't cover it up. They tried to tell me that there was a blanket over the red light therapy in that room. Red light therapy cannot have a blanket over it. I think that there was no red light therapy in the salt room. And they're charging you for things you aren't getting that they don't even have available in the salt room. I really don't think they will be around long. The whole experience was terrible, from not being able to relax due to the loud people outside the door, to the things I paid for but didn't get, to the fact that she outride lied to my face about there being red light there in that room. I do know they have red light therapy elsewhere, but it honestly came down to feeling like she was Nick and diamond and trying to get money for things.

Also, I love seeing the lovely floral arrangement displayed when you enter the hotel. Today, not getting my usual spa services, but I'm here for a girls' day to celebrate a special lady with the Sweet Feet pedicures and lunch at the Oasis. Since it was a lovely day, the girls and I dined outside and spent most of the day on the grounds, since the spa tends to be busy on weekends, especially Saturday. Our pedicures were relaxing, but be reminded that if you have gel polish on, there is a $17 upcharge to remove it; otherwise, it was a wonderful, pleasant experience. Even the massage chair was a bonus. My only disappointment was that everyone at my girls' spa party who got pedicures received the free emery board the clinicians used during our pedicures; I was the only person who didn't. Finally, I must end on a positive note. My treated guests had their first time experiencing the Spa at the Hotel Hershey; they enjoyed their time at the spa relaxing and lunch at the Oasis.
