Highly recommend whether you're a local or tourist!! they have group classes for kayaks (2 person…read moreor 1 person), surf lessons and snorkeling lessons. We did the 2 person kayak and originally booked through TripAdvisor but next time, we'll book directly through them after realizing they're a local company. It was around $100 for our 2 person kayak which seemed reasonable for a quick day date. Make sure you're 30 minutes before your booking time so you can check in and get supplies for your activity. For kayaking, it was a 90 min event and it's helpful to wear a swimsuit since you'll get wet and have a chance to swim. They took us through parts by the coast and we got to see lots of different fish and sea lions. Tip; make sure to bring water proof, floating bag for your phone since lockers can be $6 and I wish we would have brought our GoPro for the underwater views. The tour guides Thomas and Spencer were knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few guys who were in our tour that kept going overboard and the guides were patient with them even as the guys got a little annoying with their kayak intentionally tipping a few times. Overall, I'm really glad we went and will be back for other activities with friends and family.

My boyfriend and I decided to take surf lessons because we were on vacation and thought it would be…read morea fun experience. Now I need to say we are both snow borders and skaters so we can handle quite a bit of physical activity. However to start they had me (women) carry the biggest board 8ft all the way to the beach (about 2 blocks) with no shoes on. Now I'm 5'7 and was already dead tired by the time I got to the beach. Then we we started our lesson which was actually pleasant until we got into the water. Instead of starting us on small waves he had us go to the deeper section. Needless to say I basically drank enough sea water to be considered a fish. But that's all part of the experience so we still had a great time. Now the reason for the 2 stars..... DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ADD ON THE PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE. We paid $35 per person to have our experience photographed, so when the experience was over we could see it. We both got up on the boards a couple of times and was super excited to see the action shots. They said it should take 2 days to get them. Needless to say 2 weeks later and several emails and phone calls we still didn't have them! Finally the school refunded our money and the photographer finally emailed the pictures the next day. Guess what? The were AWFUL they didn't even get one shot of me in the water and none of us on the boards?! So even if they didn't refund the money I would have asked for a refund because that is just ridiculous 4 pictures in the water (none of me or of us on the boards) for about 80 bucks?! Ridiculous

Many of the excuses don't feel real, especially because most sicknesses or hospital visits would be known the night before. I feel bad about writing a negative review on here, but it looks like he recently took down his own Google business page, and I don't want other people getting into the same mistakes.
