I would not recommend this business for your landscaping needs. Someone came out to our home to discuss a major landscaping project. The employee told us to give him a couple of weeks to come up with a plan. We waited 3 weeks then called him. No call back. Emailed him. No return email. Finally I called the owner, Jamie, who happened to answer the phone. I told Jamie the issue and promised me that they would call us back. We never did hear back from this business. We wasted a month in getting a landscaping plan in action. At least tell us up front that you couldn't do it!!! read more

I had Jamie's Landscaping mulch my planting beds around the house. I have always done it before and wanted someone else to take care of it. I have quite a few small river rocks placed around in the beds-some decorative and some to help hold back mulch. I specifically asked that these not be covered with mulch or removed. I spent nearly two hours on part of the landscape at the rear of the house today-uncovering rocks, uncovering plants, uncovering trimmed branches that had been buried in mulch. The beds were edged out but I would have to say very poorly as the lines are choppy at best and not smooth at all. I had dug out drainage "ruts" at either corner of the patio and lined them with rocks as the patio often has standing water after heavy rain. These were completely buried in mulch and therefore I will need to uncover these areas. We have two trees in the front yard and an area at the mailbox. I didn't want these areas mulched. The area around the mailbox was mulched and one of the trees was mulched. So-this looks like I ran out of mulch and wasn't able to do the other tree! I just really wanted everything to look nice and spare me the hard work. Instead-it looks ok-less than nice and I am going to have to do quite a bit of work to clean it up. And it was rather pricey so I would have expected much better results! read more

We are in the process of redoing our landscaping and outside living area; and looking for someone to help design and install it. Last fall, at our request, Jamie Landscaping sent someone over to help us with what we thought, to design our outside living area and landscaping, as well as give us a free estimate. We let him know what we were looking for and asked for suggestions. When he sent the estimate to us, there was no design attached, just a list of items we suggested and the cost. He gave no suggestions and no design and no follow up. We are very disappointed with the lack of help. We do not recommend them. read more

Don't call this company. I was told they were basically too busy to even do a quote and I was essentially bothering them by calling. Was also told it was a minimum of 500 and I said that is fine I'd like a quote still. Was given a charade of how busy they are and it would be two weeks to get a quote etc. like I'm bothering you to give you this business learn some customer service! What a joke! Avoid! read more

I ordered 3 yards of mulch and a yard of topsoil on April 2. Was promised delivery on April 3...... no delivery... With everything going on with the virus and business interruptions, I chalked it up to a backlog. So on 4/3 I called and asked for an update on my delivery. Was told that it was delivered. When I advised that it was not delivered I was asked if i was sure of that. I offered to send of picture of my driveway. After being put on hold and then asked for my name and what I ordered I was told that I would be first on the list for delivery. An hour later received the delivery...... Not one single apology for messing up the order, not an offer of a refund for the $40 delivery charge. (I live 1.1 miles from the store) Not a follow up call from the store to see if I got the delivery.... nothing... In a time of crisis, I attempted to help a local business with a $200....... the lack of appreciation by the owner(s) is very telling..... never again. (three people on my street asked me that day where I got the mulch, I shared my story with each of them... none of them patronized this store because of my experience. read more
