This company is horrid, they have a history of cheating customers and I have heard of unfair labor…read morepractices. I have first hand knowledge that they have removed factory installed labels from products, because they where out of date, then re affixing labels that they have printed in house that indicate the product still has over half of its shelf life left. They have also doctored material paperwork to reflect that the product meets a spec that they may not actually have for that product. The worst part about this is they do not even check with the manufacture to see if this product even meets these specs. I have seen where they have changed dates on paperwork to hide expiration dates. Also if anyone does any research at all you will find that this company seriously over charges for the products that they re sale. If you are looking for a way to save cost this is not a company that you want to do business with. I have been in contact with current and former employees and they have told me that the company has a history of illegal work practices to include but not limited to forcing employees to work for hours with out pay under the threat of being terminated if they don't. In short they are scammers all the way.

I needed a specific part that only Grady White could supply. An OEM mounting bracket for a new trolling motor install on my 191 Coastal Explorer. I delayed and procrastinated partly due to my travels and partly due to me wanting the best possible solution for mounting a trolling motor on my boat. Brady was patient and communicated with me every time I reach out whether it was email or phone call. He was always there and patient with me. Oh, and he even worked with me on the MSRP of the part offering a best price discount. I know there are a lot of choices out there for parts and I will recommend this dealer. The most recent is you cannot use outside contractors for maintenance on your boat. We left the marina before that one was implemented and regret not having done so much sooner. They know slip availability is hard to find since last year's hurricane and are taking full advantage of customers. Nancy is their only asset.
