In my opinion, it is poorly managed and poorly maintained…read more Equipment is constantly breaking down, leaving customers without working vacuums or compressed air. My car frequently exits the wash full of soap. They advertise armor all for tires, but what they don't tell you is that it doesn't get sprayed on in the car wash. You need to apply it yourself. I was just there today and at least one of the vacuums has been missing for well over a month and again they have an entire section closed off for no apparent reason. The attendants seem apathetic and disinterested in helping the customers. There is one bright exception, a young fellow with a crew cut who works his tail off. I don't feel that the membership is a good value only because the quality of the car wash is so poor. It's definitely an example of you get what you pay for. It's a shame because when this car wash first opened it was very well managed and very well maintained. We were glad to have it. Seems like over time the Take Five people have abandoned this car wash, which is surprising given the fact that it is situated along a well traveled highway close to several highly coveted resorts in the area.

Never happened before and was not alerted to the additional fee. It's America you can charge what you want, but I have a choice as well. I will be passing on further washes.

Then you can park to use their towels to dry off your vehicle. The vacuum system was great. You have unlimited time (yes I said unlimited amount of time) to use the vacuum (which had the best suction ever). They also have a mat wash station, a wiper fluid fill station and a tire inflator station. I usually do the manual wash and vacuum that you feed quarters in. The place was very cost efficient. The staff was outstanding...very friendly and helpful. Dani, a young lady there, was the best. Dani was super nice and was not in a hurry to get away from me. Thanks Waterworx...what a GREAT experience. No, this business did not ask me to write a review. Ive used this car wash for a few years since they built it. If you want a car wash to clean dried love bugs off your vehicle it is not going to happen! Nothing other than alot of soaking and scrubbing is going to do this, it is the nature of the game. They do have a a pre wash station that has soap and special non scratching brushes that you can utilize before going thru. They also presoak several areas of the vehicle prior to going thru the wash. The employees are always nice and check on your when you are cleaning out your car to see if you need anything. Always plenty of towels, glass cleaner, air compressor to fill your tires, window washing fluid all included. You are not going to find a nicer run car wash, and I have been to alot of them.

Nobody returns my calls or made any attempt to follow up. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now, writing this review. This is an unprofessional business, their staff is ineffectual. This business needs a major operating review. There is no option to pay for just vacuum use, which is ridiculous. I actually didn't need the car wash that I was forced to pay for. I just needed the vacuum. And now I'm left with a damaged vehicle. This business really needs to do something about the number of damages sustained to customer property. Pros:  - He comes to you, so the worry of having to drop your vehicle off, find a ride or waste time waiting around is eliminated - His prices are very competitive. - He explained his requirements for the service, recommendations, provided knowledgeable insight on the service and vehicle, and provided a quality finished product. - For a Full Detail Service it took him and his son approximately 2 hours and 32 minutes to complete. Cons: Due to his busy schedule I had to wait 6 days for the service.  He gave me a rough estimate as far as the time he would be able to arrive to do the service. It was longer than I had hoped, however he made multiple calls to keep me updated of the delays. *Note: in the reviews there were complaints of unprofessionalism, response competency and appearance.  As far as the complaints are concern, the man may not be an English major, or wear a tuxedo to the job, however he is an auto detail specialist and I highly recommend him based on work ethic, pricing, and most important finished product.
