If he would have parked in the driveway and came to introduce himself and what he was there for and double check where he could do the service, he would have known where he decided to park was directly on our water and sewer line.( Not only that, I made it easier for the tech by backing into our driveway and leaving room on the other side where he did NOT have to park on the grass.) -He didn't even come knock and let my husband know he was actually there until after he parked in my side yard grass; and had already gotten stuck. He wasn't able to complete the replacement due to weather so they rescheduled for the next week. 2nd guy came out, replaced the windshield and also replaced our wipers(always read the fine print; I had just gotten new wipers with rainx not even two months prior so my money was wasted on that because the wipers that he replaced mine with absolutely suck, and now there's a issue everytime when I use it, it makes this horrible scratching/thumping sound and doesn't seem to get better with time or just generally work well at all. I'm praying they actually replaced and fit the windshield correctly; I'd hate to be driving down the road with my two kids and it just come apart from wind/ a tiny rock/etc. I'm scared to even go through a car wash. I'm having some car electrical issues now; on top of these crappy windshield wipers; on top of that, the manager Jessie said they said they would personally drop off sand to fill in the holes in my yard;- after sending someone out to fill in our yard with dirt and grass from another part of my yard(which I stopped and asked for sand instead so they didn't tear up another part of the yard) Anyways still had yet to do so. We waited from the day it happened 06/30- 07/21 for the Sand and finally decided to cover the holes ourselves so our yard wouldn't become more damaged with the massive amount of rain we get. Take my advice; just find a different mobile windshield company. I should have looked more closely at the reviews. If I could, I would just give 0 stars. Crestview/ Fort Walton beach area.
