The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. I added about 70 of my own screws bc nails are missing all over. Remnants of old fence all over as well. At the stage, they have not returned my text messages. Hopefully, I hear from them soon to come and rectify these things I suggested they add more posts to make it more sturdy Without ripping things out, seems like all the post are 12 inches deep instead of 24 inches deep (not 100% sure). At the end of the day, if something is wrong and you cannot show up, I think communication to your clients is the least you can do. Will update review if I hear from them.
