We asked if there was any way they could squeeze us in before the 4th of July since we were having people over, and at they time, they could not. However, when they had a cancellation they remembered that we were hoping to have the fence installed earlier and they gave us a call to give us a more suitable slot, that alone shows they're paying attention to their customers.
