It delivers spectacle and nostalgia at first glance and it sets the tone well. Visually it is impressive enough that you will take a moment just to look around before you think about the food. The food was better than expected. The blue cheese and walnut salad was fresh and well balanced with the right level of acidity. The entree portions were generous. The steak was cooked properly and came with a sauce that had depth. The chicken dish was flavorful and plated cleanly with roasted vegetables that had real color and brightness. Even the fries were elevated. The rose dessert is visually beautiful and clearly designed for photos. It tasted pleasant and light. Service was excellent. Our waitress was on point from the moment we sat down. Our glasses were never empty. She checked in often, smiled, and made the dinner feel warm and welcoming. We were lucky with our seating. When Beast came out for his performance, we were front and center which elevated the entire experience. I never did anything like this as a child, so experiencing it now as an adult with my boyfriend felt personal and special. It was money well spent to step into a childhood dream and enjoy it with someone I love. This is a fantastic experience that Disney offers to bring fantasy alive for children, and for adults who never had the chance to see it that way. I could not have been more pleased. In terms of value, the price matched the experience. It is not a restaurant I would visit solely for food, but that is not the point. The food supports the fantasy. The fantasy carries the experience. If you want immersion, nostalgia, beauty, and a well executed performance layered into dinner, then Beauty and the Beast delivers.

The movie seems to be summarized in this 15 minute show and it's fantastic, I must say! I saw big, football player sized men, clapping and cheering and I have to say it was well deserved! I love how beautiful the stairwell is going up to two. I love how much they have expanded their food and beverage line up over the years. The sound tends to be pretty good, the communication from the theatre is always amazing. They waive fees if you come to the box office to buy your tickets. The seats are comfy and almost every seat has a solid view. The box seats are the exception so be warned. The volunteers are always amazing and they are so nice. It would be cool if they opened a second location that served coffee because that line for espresso beverages is always really long. I love the breadth of show types. There's always something for everyone.

Wednesday, March 18, 2026…read more Front Row, Center Tickets to Ms. Diana Ross' Concert Performance I've been to numerous events at the Dr. Phillips Center but nothing beats having the opportunity to see a legend perform within arms-length to where you're seated. And when that "Icon of Icons" is none other than Ms. Diana Ross...well, nothing else need be said. It was a dream come true to say the least. In my most previous update of the Dr. Phillips Center I indicated meeting with and having my photograph taken with the incredible soprano Sarah Brightman was an entertainment highlight of 2025. 2026 has just begun but I will have to use the superlative "spectacular" once again. As in a spectacular show from start to finish. Diana Ross may be 81 years old!...but she still has the voice and ahem...the moves of a much younger performer. Just think of this, she was performing with the Supremes in the 1960's. I wasn't even born and by the time I was she had 12 number one singles with the OG of girl groups! And she is still working it to this day. Ms. Ross sung a multitude of her hits which kept the crowd, and my sister and I, dancing and singing throughout the evening. However, when she started to belt out Gloria Gaynor's anthem "I Will Survive" that really got the audience out of their seats. An Icon singing and Iconic piece of music is an experience second to none. Ms. Ross, you and your mark on music history is unmatched...blessings to you and your family!

The show itself is wonderful and very Americana and interactive. That's the reason it made a 5 star on my list. The food we had was beans, salad, Mac & cheese, fried chicken, ribs and cornbread. The fried chicken was the seasoned good crispy and juicy, beans were my 2nd favorite, ribs were not my favorite different flavor going on, cornbread was average, Mac and cheese was average, and strawberry shortcake was average I think they should change that to a warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Great show and decent average dinner. Food 7.5 Atmosphere 9.5 Service 9.0

The music, acting, and energy keep you laughing the whole time, and the food will have your belly full before you know it. The service was chef's kiss (it's Disney, so I didn't expect anything less). The fried chicken was the standout of the meal for me. The sides were okay. They were not terrible, just not memorable. But the fresh strawberry shortcake? Absolute highlight. So good. We sat on the balcony overlooking the stage, and honestly, those were the perfect seats for us. I won't give away any spoilers, but just know you can sit anywhere and it'll be perfect! Now, I will say the campground area it's located in felt a little sketchy to me. I didn't love that part and felt a bit uneasy driving in. But once inside, all of that faded away. My kids enjoyed it, and we really did have a fun night. Would I go back? Probably not -- for me, it's a one-and-done type of experience. But if you're thinking about going, just do it. It's a little pricey, but honestly worth it. And just like everything else at Disney, make sure you have a reservation!!!

Food AND Drinks are ALL INCLUSIVE, so enjoy as much as you can as everything they have to offer is worth trying. My favorites were the desserts and villain themed cocktails. The event itself is very entertaining, you are sat down with your party and possibly others if you do not have more than 4 in your party and then given a card that gives you the times of when you can meet the villains, most of which were very entertaining and hilarious. Join Malificient, Cruella de Vil, the Evil Queen, and the Queen of Hearts with Doctor Facilier for an evening of entertainment, food, and drinks. FOOD: Imagine New Orleans Cajun cuisine. That's what you'll get at Club Villain. There are two entree stations set up on either side of the venue and serve the same items. I tried everything - even if it was a nibble of it. I can't complain about the food. The highlight for me was the polenta (which I topped with shrimp) and the dirty rice with gumbo. I won't pretend to know Cajun cuisine; however, the food was good. Dessert was spectacular. Check out the pictures I took. DRINKS: All you can drink (within reason because I'm sure Disney won't mind cutting you off) - and you can definitely get your money's worth. There's four signature drinks, as well as beer and wine. If you aren't into alcoholic beverages, there's canned Coca Cola products, hot teas, and bottled waters. ENTERTAINMENT: Great show. It was so popular, they extended it from the original show dates. The show starts around the time you get in. There's various breaks where you can go visit the evil characters (or their sets) and take pictures. They divide the venue up and have set times for you to meet the characters, which makes for a more organized event. OVERALL: This is a definite must do at Disney. The cost may be a lot up front, but you definitely get your money's worth.
