They took the time to listen to me, explained everything they were going to do with the random jobs around that we needed done, and their attention to detail for things like wiping down water from the plumbing and cleaning up after was awesome. When they were helping to move some heavy furniture, I was really worried about my hardwood floors, but they didnt scratch them at all.... actually the guys even asked if i wanted them to take their shoes off before walking inside ehen they first arrived. That was a very thoughtful and considerate gesture. Rhey were pretty fast, I asked them to do a few things (put on a new faucet, fix a weird annoying light, move a huge dresser, fix up my old mailbox) and I think they were in and out in about an hour.. I REALLY appreciated that I could Venmo them for payment. Getting cash would have been annoying. Oh, I also liked that they were licensed/insured and showed up looking professional - it was not like I just hired some random dudes to come into my house - you know, just good peace of mind for the few random repair jobs we needed done, just knowing there was qualified professionals working in our home and even if something went wrong they had us covered. They cleaned up thoroughly after completing the repairs, and the quality of work was outstanding. It's not easy around here to find a home repair company that has both repai expertise AND such excellent customer service.
