It probably would have even been faster if i had been at home and available the same afternoon, to be honest. What really stood out to me though, was how wonderfully, over the top accommodating they were with our hectic work and family schedule... right off the bat, the owner himself offered some flexible appointment times and even said the weekend could be an option if we needed that. Thankfully we didn't though. The entire team at Carlos and Brian's was incredibly professional and courteous, from the very first phone call to the guys that came over to my house. They took the time to listen to me, explained everything they were going to do with the random jobs around that we needed done, and their attention to detail for things like wiping down water from the plumbing and cleaning up after was awesome. When they were helping to move some heavy furniture, I was really worried about my hardwood floors, but they didnt scratch them at all.... actually the guys even asked if i wanted them to take their shoes off before walking inside ehen they first arrived. That was a very thoughtful and considerate gesture. Rhey were pretty fast, I asked them to do a few things (put on a new faucet, fix a weird annoying light, move a huge dresser, fix up my old mailbox) and I think they were in and out in about an hour.. I REALLY appreciated that I could Venmo them for payment. Getting cash would have been annoying. Oh, I also liked that they were licensed/insured and showed up looking professional - it was not like I just hired some random dudes to come into my house - you know, just good peace of mind for the few random repair jobs we needed done, just knowing there was qualified professionals working in our home and even if something went wrong they had us covered. They cleaned up thoroughly after completing the repairs, and the quality of work was outstanding. It's not easy around here to find a home repair company that has both repai expertise AND such excellent customer service. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future work that needs to be done. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional home repairs.

I called the number and Olivia quickly scheduled for me. This morning 9:00am Mr. Cliff Sikes showed up on time with his pickup truck. He checked the damaged soffits and said he can fix right away. I was so happy. Cliff not just fixed damaged pieces, he also tighten the whole area and carefully checked every piece by piece and make sure they are all fixed. Cliff did excellent work with his professions and perfectness. I was so thrilled we got the work done today. I thought we just get estimate cost today and may wait for a week to get the work done like other business companies always do. When I asked Cliff how much we owe him. Cliff said we owe him nothing. I was touched almost tearing. For these years I have seen some business people trying to take advantages from us. We have had a lot of work done in our home over the years and this was THE BEST experience we've…read moreever had. Our air conditioning drain line leaked through the ceiling of the floor below and down the wall of the stairwell. We had to cut out several parts of the ceiling/wall and peel paint off of a lot of the wall because it was bubbling. I contacted Ace Custom Drywall and got a response immediately from Bridget, who looked at the pictures, gave me a price and was able to get us on the schedule for the following day. What blew me away from the start was the communication. She told me that they should arrive around 10am and would be in touch with an ETA in the morning. As promised, I received a text at 9:50am with an ETA of 10:05. At 10:05 they were here. Mike and Bridget are so friendly and the work they do is beyond meticulous. They put plastic sheeting up on the walls and floor before they started working and cleaned up before they left. The walls and ceilings were repaired perfectly and the texture was blended to the rest of the wall seamlessly.
