I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me.
