When my daughter eloped, I was struggling with my thin, limp hair. So, for her reception a few weeks later, I decided I wasn't even going to deal with it and called Afterglow. My regular hairstylist was out of town, or else he would've been my go-to. I arrived and checked in. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and helpful. She greeted many clients by name and already knew what service they were requesting. After a few minutes of waiting, she noticed and kindly said she'd check in with the stylist. I really appreciated this attention to detail; most receptionists would've just moved along, but she took the time to follow up. The hairstylist was also very sweet, and the scalp massage was wonderful. She asked about where I was going and what the event was to make sure she set the right expectations for my hair. I arrived at 9:00 AM, and the event was at 5:00 PM. Despite all the moving around and set-up throughout the day, my hair looked beautiful all night. The cost for the service was $58 I will absolutely be going in again and trying out their blowout packages. I loved the entire experience!

I come in and I asked her if she could bleach to my roots she ends up putting a darker color that turns my whole hair, a more red and copper texture and then tells me that I don't see no red when I did so I was like OK well, maybe I I'm wrong the next day. I noticed that my hair is turning the color that you see in the photo and then it just enhances so I go in again she bleachers doesn't leave it in long then my hair starts breaking and this is what I end up with she literally said that the color remover that she put on shifted my roots or something like that and that this is as good as it's gonna get and thatshe'll fix it. The next time I come in in October when I pay again, I get a call yesterday stating that she's cutting down on her color customer service and that she doesn't want me as a customer so she screwed up my hair didn't even fix it and this is what I have to sit with after almost $500. This is the owner Natalie very unprofessional so are the ladies there the very first time I was there she had a customer in there complaining and all she did was say nothing but bad things about her because she messed up the customers hair.
