I had extreme sweat issues in my armpits and after some research I learn that MiraDry will be the best permanent solution for me. I made my appointment and I met Jennifer who was my practitioner. She was extremely kind and fun to talk to, she explained how the entire procedure was going to be and during the entire time I was in the room she made sure I was comfortable. I started to talk so much, I believe I was nervous, I jumped from topic to topic and Jennifer was kind to follow all my conversations, that was a plus! making me relax and distract me while on intervention. The procedure is not very comfortable (coming from someone like me who can handle pain very well), it is rather a little painful but with wonderful results. After the procedure I was able to drive home (I lived 1.5hrs away), but I was not able to do much for the rest of the day since I became very swollen (not a major thing, just the normal swelling). After the procedure they say you can go back to your normal duties the next day, I was not and I rather took the day off from work. Three weeks later I was still a little swollen and I had some nods under the skin (normal due to the fluid that is injected to numb your armpit) I was a little concerned because after that month I still had some discomfort and nods BUT NO SWEAT. It has been 3 months after the procedure and I cannot explain how amazing I feel, I don't use deodorant anymore, I can wear ANY shirt/blouse I want, my hair has been reduced in a 95% I am blessed! We were referred by our pediatrician and brought our newborn son to Dr. Jandali for an ear deformity. Our son was only 2-weeks old, and we were overwhelmed about what steps to take to correct his ear... especially as it's something that early intervention would have the best results... so we needed to make decisions quickly. Dr. Shareef Jandali and his staff were phenomenal! Coming from a "medical family", I am acutely aware of the importance of education and training and Dr. Jandali has received the best. After my initial consultation, I knew Dr. Jandali had everything I was looking for in a surgeon. I felt so confident that I booked my surgery on the spot, without any other consults. The entire staff was smart, warm and approachable. They made me feel comfortable from my initial consultation through surgery and beyond. Jennifer the PA is the worst. I went in with a concern, and she literally brought in Jasmine who i did not know to look at my body... without asking first... then i told jennifer I did not want her in the room THREE TIMES and she makes jasmine turn around... why didnt she just listen to her patient and ask her to wait outside...then Jennifer is so rude, she complains to why i haven't been in for so long, and all of this non sense. i haven't been in because this office sucks and you guys are horribly rude. as i was heading out she handed me a card for another doctor.. then she said oh idk what the issue is this doctor will help... aka i don't want to treat you anymore go see someone else. I called the other doctor and he said he doesn't understand why Jennifer would give me his card, because they should have been able to help. If you want caring people who actually want to treat there patience and put there petty feelings or attitudes aside do not go here.. oh and and they have 10 nurses and only 1 PA that's horrible and a surgeon that's never around. hire people that actually can do a job other than chemically peel your face and give you misleading health information. read more

I've been going to Dr. Jandali's office for the past year now and could not be happier with the treatment I've been getting from both him and his nurse Jasmine. Dr Jandali made me feel very comfortable discussing treatment I desired and what would be best for the results I wanted. I truly feel like he cares about my treatment and makes an effort to make sure I understand all the details and we're on the same page. I get dermaplaning done with Jasmine every 3 weeks and love the feeling after treatment. The staff here is absolutely incredible! I spoke with Kara over the phone and she was so sweet and helpful. First time at Jandali! I've suffered from acne, acne scars, clogged pores and uncontrollable breakouts on my face my entire life. The moment I stepped into the office I felt comfortable. The receptionist Kara was so welcoming and sweet and talked me through the whole new client process. I scheduled a Derma Sweep Microdermabrasion. The entire office is beautiful and very clean. Amazing staff is very hard to find however in Jandli plastic surgery's office the staffs' energy is all positive. I did the CO2RE laser on my face for old acne scars and wrinkles, the procedure was done without any complications. Suzanne Naples educated me before and after to relieve any anxiety I had. Recovery was quick and easy. First and second day my face was swollen but just like the Suzanne informed me would happen, after 48 hours my face was considerably better. I've had laser surgery about 3 times in the past from different places but nothing compared to the experience and professionalism I got at Jandali plastic surgery's office. I went in for cheek filler and saw Jennifer. She was so knowledgeable when explaining why sometimes more filler may be required in one cheek versus the other (this was special for my particular case - due to anatomy and other factors). The team walked me through the process, prepared me for the procedure, the after care and followed up with me that evening and next day with a call to ensure the healing was going well. So, my story is a long journey. Had a great general surgeon for double mastectomy. Then had the worst plastic surgeon ever. Finally got to Dr. Jandali.
