Dr Fisher was very knowledgeable but at the same time very warm and friendly. I came for filler injections and dr recommend me how, what and where it will be applied. The day of surgery I thought he was going to go over size and did not. I told him I didn't want them very big but I did want them to fit my body. After surgery not only were my breasts too large but they were also very low. They were worse than what I had to began with. After about a month during my check up he admitted they had "dropped" and were low and said he would re-do them but it would cost another $2,000. I didn't do it and will get them redone. He also has no bedside manner or concern for his clients. He never suggested other ways he could do the tummy tuck that would have been better after all the weight I lost. He never went through a game plan with me on the best surgery to address the excess skin all over. I was also ripped off $4,000 because after I paid I received an email 2 weeks after my surgery that they were having a special and they wouldn't honor it for me. The woman that handles the payments is horrible, rude and a money hungry, shister. I was in the office for a check up and there was another client screaming at her because she received a surprise bill against what the woman had promised her. I would not recommend Dr Restifo or his practice.
