Over the months we have called and left several voice mails with questions and no one every called us back. The link for our virtual appointment this morning did not work and by the time we finally got in (5 minutes late) the DR. disconnected, it was set to be an hour long appointment. The office said they cannot honor it because we were late, but it was their link that did not work. I called over 12 times today to reschedule and it goes to VM every time, three voice mails later and no one responds. This place is awful, if you a family who needs help keep searching!

That's how great he is! When I first started seeing him, he was about 20 minutes away from my home. Now he is about an hour away. It doesn't matter, because I will drive it any distance to see him. He is such a compassionate man. He will tell you just enough to help push you to get to the answer you are seeking on your own. That way, it becomes a life lesson that will stick with you for the rest of your life. He is always professional but I also consider him a friend. I would, without reservation, highly recommend him if you need psychiatric care.

To add insult to injury, she had the nerve to bill us $80 for an accidental telephonic "no-show" that happened at approximately the same time. Billing was totally haphazard; our deductible was billed at $30, $40, or $50 depending on... well, I really have no idea.
