I have had bad posture my whole life. I was diagnosed with scoliosis and wore a brace growing up and up to now in my early 30's I have had a hunch back with rounded shoulders. When I got engaged last year I finally decided to prioritize working on my posture so I searched chiropractors and posture specialists in the east bay. I found Dr. Baxley online and decided to give her a shot! Best decision I have ever made. My wedding pictures turned out amazing- after a lot of dedicated and hard work I have proof it paid off. It's been two years since I first started going to see Dr. Baxley and I still agree with everything I said in my first review (August 2015) and more. I have had chronic shoulder pain and TMJ for at least 20 years. Since starting with Jane, the shoulder pain has completely disappeared and the jaw pain (with accompanying headaches and sinus pain) happens so rarely that I forget how bad it was. Dr. Baxley is great! She listens to what you say is going on with your body, does a thorough exam, and then works her magic. She is gentle and effective. I was barely able to stand for five minutes when I first started seeing her. I can now stand as long as I'd like. She is the only chiropractor I will see. Wow, Dr. Baxley was amazing. My daughter was suffering from a large muscle pull in the back. Experience with Dr. Jane Baxley has been really positive and beneficial for me. Relieved of pain after 35 years! It wasn't overnight but I'm pain-free after an airplane crash in 1978 that left me with back, neck and head pain. I'd had difficulty doing even minor work around the house and yard. Fifteen years of pain therapy and medication after the accident with other doctors. Now I take nothing and sleep soundly through the night. It's been a rewarding lifestyle change with learning correct ways to bend and even get in and out of my car. I do almost anything now from yard work to handyman things around the house. I've had a few set backs after moving a TV and some other heavy lifting but Dr. Baxley was true to her word and saw me immediately after the re-injury. Soon after I was again pain free.
