Thankfully my coworker suggested me to this place when I was complaining that my back was hurting. I've never been to a chiropractor before and was a little intimidated by the thought since I misconstrued massage parlors to chiropractors - which those two are totally different (no happy ending here, sorry guys)! Since this was my first time here, or ever being seen by anyone about my back, I was surprised with how friendly everyone was. The place was really clean, very bright, and extremely relaxing. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and patient with me since I skipped a few pages during my sign in and Dr. Richardson was full of knowledge (of course he is, he's a doctor) on what causes spinal issues. We did a consultation in a small room which had light up board on the wall that can suggest behaviors with spinal problems. When he checked out my back, he showed me a few issues that I've been having for the last year that I didn't think was relevant until he told me! A bit scary for me since I'm fairly young but he told me that since I was pretty young my conditions can be corrected following treatments. I must admit I was acting a bit awkward in the massage rooms because I'm the type of person that doesn't like to be touched but it didn't seem too embarrassing since everyone was acting very professional. The massage lasted about twenty minutes for me by a young lady, I believe her name was Brianna. She was really, really good. Put a hurtin' on my back but after that session I was feeling brand new! Dr. Taylor came in afterwards to corrected my back and neck which felt so freaking good since I hardly crack anything on my body. I've been a regular with my chiropractor for two decades+, mine was out of town on vacation and I really needed an adjustment. Several people suggested I try Dr Taylor so that's what I did. Everyone was very friendly, including the Dr. The massage before hand was great for the knots in my shoulder. However, is his assessment of me before hand, he just checked my range of motion, did not check my spine at all. After the massage, he was in and out of the room in well under 5 minutes. I definitely popped with each adjustment, however, once again, at no point did he check my spine to see what places were actually out, he just popped away, smiled, said a few words and led me to the receptionist. I've seen several chiropractors over the years, never once have I had one adjust my back without checking my spine and seeing where I'm out. I've never had my spine adjusted without careful precision like what was done to me here. After all that, he didn't even adjust the place in my neck where it's pinching and I'm seeing my regular chiropractor tomorrow when he's back from vacation. I will not be returning. read more

I decided to try them, because of all of the "positive" reviews and the hours are convenient. I like their massage, but my adjustments SUCKED! I felt like it was rushed and they were not very personable at all. It would have been nice for them to make sure I wasn't in the same pain that I came in with. I've been here for a total of 3 times, on different occasions. The 3rd one, was my last one there, because it did not help. I told the dr. it still hurt & he responded it will feel better tomorrow, which it did not. I went to a DIFFERENT chiropractor a few days later, because the pain was that bad & I left that office, PAIN FREE. I've been to different chiropractors in the bay area & they have always checked on my pain & made sure it was a lot better than what I came in with. read more

I went in with sharp lower back pains and Dr. Taylor was the doctor who did my adjustments and once by Dr.Richardson both are very good and I would definitely continue to see them BUT I can go without their massage therapist. Every visit I had it is always someone different which probably one thing that I do not like (I have a list of people in my file who I DO NOT want to get a massage from so in that essence they are accommodating lol) and I am there to be relieved of my pain but some reason they just make it worse :( BUT There is a lady there who only comes in on certain days I don't remember her name I know she is definitely there on Wednesdays and she is AMAZING so I would schedule my appointments around her. Today, I went to Dr. Taylor for an adjustment for pain relief from a recent back injury. After working yesterday, the injury flared up. I let him know that I needed restrictions for work so that I may continue to earn a living but protect myself from further injury. He proceeded to tell me a story about one of his employees who also had back pain coming into work with medical restrictions that made him unable to do his job. He then expressed his exasperation about that worker's situation. He also stated that from an employer's standpoint, this employee should have just stayed home instead of working. He then told me that I should do the same thing. He also gave me some advice: "Don't be a victim." Needless to say, Dr. Taylor needs to remember that he is in a profession where pain is a constant, and empathy is needed. Save yourself the heartache and find another clinic. read more

Today was my first visit after a car accident. I have to say that I loved everything about it. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Dr. Taylor was amazing. He explained the entire process to me and I never felt rushed even though he was clearly very busy. He took the time to explain things to me that previous chiropractors had not. The massage beforehand is an amazing bonus. I was in a lot of pain walking in there this morning, but I left there feeling amazing. Dr. Taylor actually set up a treatment plan with me (something that I have never had other places). This will be the only place I go to for my chiropractic care from now on. Made an appointment and went in for a check up because of my neck pain, Scott and his staff really took care of me. The only business model that I have found that has CMT (Certified Massage Therapists) on staff and the 20 minute massage is included before you are ever adjusted. They take most Insurance plans and have fair prices. In fact if you do not have Insurance you can save $150- by paying up front for ten office visits! I have literally been going to this chiropractor since before I was born. My mother started as a patient when she was pregnant with me and was having back pain. nearly 22 years later, she is still a happy patient getting regular (once a month) adjustments, and I have been going for lower back pain caused by a displaced hip (don't get hit by cars!). You get a free 20 minute massage before your adjustment, which is great because it relaxes all your muscles and makes the adjustment more effective. Dr. Richardson is fantastic, though he no longer does adjustments, he now does consultations. Dr. Taylor has a wonderful bedside manner, and even being a young female I have never felt the least bit uncomfortable having him adjust me. Both of them are very competent doctors and know what they are doing! One of the massage therapists (Tina or Trisha? I'm bad with names, and besides I'm always laying face down on the massage table haha) is the best ever. She is one of those people who is just as comfortable in silence as in conversations. She knows my back so well by now, I never need to tell her to adjust her pressure or placement. I would recommend this place 100% of the time. If you have ANY kind of back pain, from mild to severe this is the chiropractor to visit. (though of course you should also speak with your regular doctor) read more

I arrived 15 minutes early because someone warned me about the place being first come first served. However, I ended up waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
