Never waited for longer than a few minutes basically enough to snap these pics (which they don't do the place justice). The aesthetic is just gorgeous in person. My initial appointment was for brow and lash tint but once I got in Kalie let me know with my hair color it wouldn't be much of a change. I highlight this because she could have just went along with it. Her decision once she listened to my needs to lead me in a more beneficial direction impressed me. She then shaped & brought my grown out quarantine brows back to life. She as well as her area were very inviting & calm so I scheduled a keratin lash lift with her next.
