Anyway! I call to see if i need an appointment. She kindly tells me not at all & that there was no wait if I came right now. I came here instead of my usual place bc I was in dire need of my brows to be tamed for an event that I'm attending tonight. I had to call back to ask for the price of brow threading and she was so polite and thanked me before we hung up. SO THEN, I had to call BACK because I got lost on my way there! Hands down, the best. Perfect Brows is located in the Westport Plaza, which makes it a bit tricky to find. Park in the garage with the Smoothie King sign. Once parked, go up one floor via the stairs or elevator, and walk towards the Smoothie King and Italian restaurant (maybe a trattoria). Go on in and the rainy shouldn't be long! Basic brow threading is $10 which is pretty comparable to other businesses. I have super sensitive eyes and the kind owner is always so patient with me while I wipe my tears away, haha. She is so sweet and does a great job explaining the process if it's your first time. I didn't even give her much of an explanation of what I wanted, just that they "needed cleaned up a bit." So glad I found this place. Did my extensive research through yelp to find an eyebrow threading place that would help restore my eyebrows from a bad threading job that made my eyebrows super thin and left bleeding from. The lady that works here is so sweet and really works with you and makes sure you like her work!! I told her that I wanted to grow out my eyebrows and to just clean it up, and I have been going to her since and she remembers my requests and how I like them to be shaped. I have gone to this place twice now and unfortunately I will not be back. Pros: The two ladies are super nice. The price is very reasonable and affordable. Cons: They are very slow at doing your eyebrows. Normally it's a quick experience with previous places I have been. Today it took 20 minutes- to just do my brows and I walked out and checked my eyebrows up close and noticed tons of little hairs she missed. Service was great and my eyebrows look wonderful (threaded). Lots of safety requirements: self assessment form, temperature taking, masks required, appointment only. She also wears a mask + face shield and does NOT use her teeth to split the threads (like many other places too). I appreciated all the extra measures. Like others have said. I have been going to the owner since she had a place in The Mills. She has ALWAYS been professional, honest, courteous, clean, neat, sweet, patient and concerned about your feelings concerning her work on your brows. The owner has always taken her time to do brows to make sure you are satisfied. After she completes your brows, she will give you a mirror and ask are you satisfied. If not, you just point out or question a concern and she's thorough in correcting or explaining why she think it's best to leave the brow a certain way. For example, if you're brows are growing back etc. In the end, she leaves it up to you to make the decision and is ALWAYS very professional and nice about it. I am very particular about my up keep! I was a regular customer at a nail salon close to my house. The last time I visited I got this rude vibe from them, but this wasn't the first time. I guess I was in a fizzle and decided THATS IT! I need a new place to go to for my eye brow maintenance. I came and home and fell asleep. When I woke up it was 7pm!!! I was so scared I wouldn't be able to find a place open that late. So I literally googled the closest place to me that waxed eye brows and this place came up.... PERFECT BROWS. So I called to make sure they were open. The lady that answered the phone was super nice but let me know they close in a hour. I told her I was in my way! When I got there I had to call and get better directions because it's inside west port plaza and the GPS wasn't much help. The lady that answered the phone (same woman) was very patient. She guided me all the way until I walked to the door! This woman was super friendly. I love the decor of this shop. It's a little small. The stations are right out front so not much privacy. At this time I was the only one there so it was fine. The lady convinced me to try threading (a technique used to shape eyebrows) instead of the traditional waxing that I'm use to. I was really scared it would hurt and she promised it didn't. She explained even if I felt uncomfortable when she started she would stop. So I thought what the hell, let me give it a try. BEST DECISION EVER!!! I love love love it! Very nice and clean, not painful and EXTREMELY FAST!!! She offered me a sample brow fill in which they do for you FOR FREE!!!!!
