When Jane was over on Sunday, she told us exactly what we could list the house for and what we could get for it if we want it to sell quickly. She was very honest and didn't try to get us to believe we could get more for the house just to get us to sign an exclusive contract with her and once we do ask us to keep lowering the price. The price she told us was exactly what we were hoping to get for the house and sure enough within a week we were under contract for exactly what we wanted to get for the house. A lot of people complained in their reviews that they didn't get enough direct exposure to Jane. Jane has a different expert dedicated to every step of the process and I thought it was better to deal with an entire team than just Jane. For example, Jane has someone stage for her, someone else take pictures for her, someone else responsible for looking for and responding to showing requests and setting up showings, and closing managers dedicated to making sure the closing goes smoothly. Jane was involved in setting the price for our home, and once we received an offer, Jane was fully involved in negotiating our price. Everyone through the process was so nice and amazing at staying on top of things to ensure a smooth closing. We had the absolute best experience with Jane and her team and would recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a realtor.
