Raluca has found me two great apartments two years in a row most recently very soon after I reached back out with a high stress email about needing to move asap due to nonrenewal due to sale on my previous unit. Raluca responded almost immediately and made me feel at ease from day 1. Highly suggest using them for finding an apartment in the city. I sent in my budget and my "nonnegotiables" and had long list of apartments to look at within a few days. Once we had a spot I liked she knew which other units i wouldn't care for and the process moved very quickly from there. Claudio took us around to all of our showings as well which is so helpful since parking can be hard in the city. I waited long enough to remove any stored emotions/thoughts from the whole process but even over two weeks after the whole process, I am still in awe of the service we received from Claudio. I accidentally ran into Claudio through Lyft and found out Claudio is a full-time real estate broker. I had asked him to help me and my boyfriend find an apartment and he was on top of it! I have lived in the city for as long as I am an adult and usually have no problems finding an apartment through different channels... but it was different this time around. This review is long overdue. I was in search of apartments around the August-September timeframe. If you know anything about Chicago this is the busiest time of the year and toughest to find an apartment. I reached out to several apartment agents to assist me with my search. I had no luck, no one called me back or wasn't quick to respond to my messages.
