Raluca has found me two great apartments two years in a row most recently very soon after I reached back out with a high stress email about needing to move asap due to nonrenewal due to sale on my previous unit. Raluca responded almost immediately and made me feel at ease from day 1. Highly suggest using them for finding an apartment in the city. I sent in my budget and my "nonnegotiables" and had long list of apartments to look at within a few days. Once we had a spot I liked she knew which other units i wouldn't care for and the process moved very quickly from there. This review is long overdue. I was in search of apartments around the August-September timeframe. If you know anything about Chicago this is the busiest time of the year and toughest to find an apartment. I reached out to several apartment agents to assist me with my search. I had no luck, no one called me back or wasn't quick to respond to my messages.
